Cancellations made outside the allowed period or no-shows may incur charges equivalent to one night or the full stay.
Reservations and No-Show Policy	All reservations made through our website are subject to room availability and confirmation. A booking confirmation will be sent via email once your reservation has been successfully completed. If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the reservation will be considered a no-show and the applicable charges will apply. The remaining nights may be released.
Rates, Charges and Payment Policy	Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the selected rate or promotion. Accepted payment methods are indicated on the website. Failure to complete payment may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
Check-In, Check-Out and Guest Identification	Check-in time: 19:00 PM Check-out time: 17:00 PM Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. All guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID upon check-in. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation if valid identification is not provided.
Occupancy Policy	Room rates are based on the maximum occupancy stated per room type. Additional guests may incur extra charges. Exceeding the maximum occupancy is not permitted.
Children and Extra Beds	Policies regarding children, and extra beds vary per room type and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
Property Rules, Smoking and Pet Policy	Guests are expected to comply with all hotel rules and regulations. Any damage to hotel property caused by the guest will be charged accordingly. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Strictly pets are not allowed.
